Look deep into this plate of heaven. Know that this is a rare capture of the most sumptuous, gorgeous, glop of earthly joy, ever there was and ever there has ever been. Know that it took every ounce of my strength and will power to lay down my fork for the camera, to get this rare and fleeting moment on film before I slaughtered it and sent it to my stomachy grave.
